Kemet and the Tantalum Specialty Business Unit are pleased to announce the release of the New Tantalum Multi-Anode Hi-Rel COTS T513 Series. This product compliments Kemet's other Hi-Rel COTS offerings including the T493 and T497 MnO2 Hi-Rel COTS Series and the recently released T540 and T541 KO Hi-Rel COTS Series. As with Kemet's other Tantalum COTS offerings, this product is manufactured to insure high reliability suitable for telecommunications, industrial,military, and aerospace applications.
This current offering utilizes Kemet’s multi-anode technology which results in low ESR (down to 12 mOhms), high ripple current capability, surge robustness, and minimal capacitance roll-off over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures. Component level surge current testing, various termination finishes, and Weibull Grading options are available when ordering this product.
