What is the minimum order?

The minimum order for orders that are shipping in the United States is $50. If you are unable to add $50 of product to your order a minimum service fee will be added to reach the $50 amount. International Orders require a minimum of $100 US Dollars.

If there is no pricing on the product page-what do I do?

Submit a price request form or send an email to – You will be e-mailed with pricing within 24 hours and you will be able to place your order then.

Will I receive an e-mail confirmation after placing an order?

Yes,  after placing an order and it is entered into our system, you will receive an e-mail with your details confirming that your order has been received.

Can I place an order for a quantity greater than what you have in stock?

Yes. If we are a franchised distributor for the product being ordered you can purchase larger quantities. We will send you an email advising you of lead time for the balance. You may also backorder items that we have no inventory on.

Payment Info

How do I pay for my order?

We accept several payment methods:
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express), Wire Transfer/Proforma Invoice ($25 fee),open account if approved.

When is my credit card charged?

When submitting your order online your card is only pre-authorized for the amount of the order. When the orders ships your credit card will be charged. If you have multiple shipments from one order you will see one charge per shipment.

Do you offer Net30 Terms?

We offer Net30 Terms to long-standing customers that purchase regularly and have submitted credit references that have been approved. To apply for credit, Please send your credit references and banking information to and reference open account request.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We only charge sales tax to orders shipping to the state of New Jersey unless you have tax exempt status and a resale certificate. Orders shipping to all other states or countries are not charged sales tax.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary and will be added to your invoice at time of shipment. You may also include your own freight account # upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We have vast experience in shipping internationally and ship electronics components around the globe and you may pay by wire transfer or credit card. All bank costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

International customers (excluding Canada) must specifiy a transportation carrier and a valid freight account number. All International orders are shipped freight collect.

When will my order ship?

All priority shipments will ship within 24 hours. All other items will ship within 2 to 3 days unless notified.

Where will my order ship from?

We ship from several distribution centers across the United States. It is possible your order will ship from multiple warehouses

Certain items that are located in the remote distribution center's may not be available for same day shipment service. When this occurs, you will be immediately notified by email on the order confirmation with the expected ship date. Please email us at with any questions.

A tracking # will be e-mailed to the buyer if requested when the order ships.

Tonar Industries merchandise returns are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below and will replace the product or refund your money at your option.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained prior to returning product.
